• The prepaid deposit can be used within 1 year from the cancellation day in case the cancellation is being sent to us in a written form at least 5 days prior to the arrival (during the high-season, national holidays, school-breaks), or at least 2 days prior to the arrival (low-season),
the booking re-schedule must be communicated in a written form and depends on the capacity, for a reservation of an at least equal value.
• The deposit paid, in this way is not lost. If the reservation is not cancelled, or the guest does not show up on the day of the arrival, the deposit is not be paid back.
• (Non-refundable booking) The reservation can not be cancelled. The whole amount is to be charged from the credit card provided, on the day the reservation has been made. This amount is non-refundable.
• Payment conditions: Your reservation is not valid until you send us your credit card details. The whole booking fee is to be charge on the day the booking and it is non-refundable. Additional hotel and restaurant services, as well as the city tax should be paid at the reception in cash or by credit card.
